Kenya J. Conley is a Chicago native, community mentor, and entrepreneur. She co-founded Focus Fairies Mentoring to help Black and Brown girls build confidence, leadership, and purpose. She is also the founder and CEO of KC Production and a real estate investor. Through her mentoring work, including with girls in juvenile detention, she encourages young people to value education, know their worth, and lead with courage. Outside of work, Kenya enjoys motherhood, traveling, working out, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family.
